Who can join the GEN XXVII membership?
The GEN XXVII membership is open to pre-professional and professional dancers, teachers and choreographers across disciplines, including musical theatre, commercial, ballet, and beyond.
Whether you're just starting or an established artist, this membership is designed to provide the support you need at any stage of your career.
What happens once I join the waitlist?
Once you join the waitlist, you'll receive updates as the membership gets closer to its release. This gives you exclusive, early access to purchase a membership before it's available to the public.
Additionally, the first 50 dancers to sign up will receive a bonus benefit added to their membership, regardless of which plan they choose, for the entire first year.
The waitlist opens every quarter, so if you aren't able to join in the current round, you can sign up for the next quarter's release.
What are the available payment plans?
We offer flexible payment options for all membership tiers: monthly and annual. A joining fee applies to the monthly plan, and both options are set to auto-renew.
By choosing the annual plan, you'll benefit from a discounted monthly rate and no joining fee.
Can international dancers join the GEN XXVII membership?
Our membership is currently available in London, UK.
However, online workshops, mentorship, and digital resources are accessible globally, so you can benefit from the membership regardless of where you are located.

When will the membership be available?

How do I book spaces through the membership?
Once you join the GEN XXVII membership, you'll receive credits to book sessions via our partner's online booking system.
Simply select your preferred day and time slots, and book directly using your allocated training hours. Need more time? Additional hours can be easily purchased.
Who are your trusted partners?
Our trusted partners include various service providers in the wellness and fitness industry. The first partners will be disclosed to our initial cohort of 50 members who have signed up on our waitlist.
How do I become a member?
Dancers interested in becoming members can express their interest by filling out the waitlist form, available on our website.
How much does the GEN XXVII membership cost?
The pricing details will be available to the first cohort before its official launch. After that, they will be accessible to the public. We offer both monthly and annual payment options.
Can I pause my membership if I need a break or if my funds are low?
Yes, dancers have the option to skip their membership when funds are running low. This allows you to temporarily pause payments without cancelling your membership.
Once you choose to skip, your next payment will automatically be rescheduled for the original date of your membership purchase. You won’t be charged during the skipped period, but your membership benefits will also be temporarily paused.
You can do this three times per calendar year, for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three.
If you wish to freeze your membership for an extended period, a fee will be charged to keep it inactive.
Can companies or educational institutions offer the membership to their dancers?
Yes, companies and educational institutions can opt to integrate our premium membership package, giving their dancers full access to our wide range of benefits. For more information, please contact us via email.
How can I access mentorship through the membership?
Depending on your membership tier, you'll have access to 1-on-1 or group mentorship sessions. You can select a mentor based on your area of interest or career goals and schedule sessions directly with them once paired. We'll announce the mentors when the membership becomes available for purchase, so you can find the best fit to support your journey.

How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, please contact us via email with your request to terminate the plan. Once your cancellation is processed, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next period.
Please note that any unused credits or benefits must be used while your membership is still active and cannot be carried over to the next month.
If you wish to downgrade from a premium plan to a standard or basic plan, you’ll need to request this change at least one month in advance. You will still have access to any remaining credits or benefits from your previous plan during that final month before the downgrade takes effect.
